This is an anti-static, ball-tipped vent brush. It features open vents that let air from a hair dryer go through a hair section being held on the brush. This prevents the hair from being bounced off of a brush that doesn’t feature vents. It makes it much easier to dry the hair, and can be used to add more volume.
